Wall Street stocks ended mostly higher on Friday, concluding a positive week amid optimism about the US economy reopening and progress on a coronavirus vaccine. 

The tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index has led the market, gaining 0.4 per cent for the week to finish at 9,324.59, an increase of over 3.4 per cent. 

The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped to 24,465.16 by less than 0.1 percent, while the broad-based S&P 500 added 0.2 percent to 2,955.45.
